Toxic Culture is Driving the Great Resignation
To better understand the sources of the “Great Resignation” and help leaders respond effectively, the authors analyzed attrition data for 38 industries in the U.S. from April through September 2021, along with the text of more than 1.4 million employer reviews that were posted on Glassdoor. In this article, they discuss the top five predictors of employee turnover uncovered by their analysis and share four actions that managers can take in the short term to reduce attrition.
