Leaders’ Critical Role in Building a Learning Culture
Leaders often delegate teaching and coaching to learning and development specialists, but research at two large organizations indicates that having leaders take on the role of teacher and coach may be a better option: It can lead to more robust problem-solving skills among team members and increase workers’ satisfaction, motivation, and competencies.
