Building Robust RAI Programs as Third-Party AI Tools Proliferate
The 2023 MIT SMR-BCG responsible AI report finds that a majority of organizations access, buy, or license their AI tools, but few are assessing and managing the risks they carry. We conducted a global executive survey of 1,240 leaders, assembled a panel of responsible AI experts, and interviewed thought leaders in the field to provide insights about how leading organizations address RAI-related concerns.
