Leadership Principles: How Inspiration Pays Off
On two continents and within a few years of each other, stakeholders at the Haas School of Business and Trinity Business School took on the task of putting into words the principles that guide them. In the process, they discovered four things: How leadership principles are created matters; principles should reflect the distinctive character of the organization; dynamic principles create dynamic organizations; and leadership principles should be enjoyable.
